Introducing Dr. Keely Matheson who is a breath of fresh air for leadership and workplace culture development. In dental school, Keely's passion involved starting the inaugural committee for Health and Wellness. The importance not just around taking care of one's self but on taking care of each other so that the team could be at their best for patients and clients. Since then, Dr. Keely has grown, renovated and managed a thriving dental clinic in Victoria, BC.

Keely knew there was a different way to do workplace culture and jumped into the deep end to make changes, test theories, and help others. Having a passion for building a lifestyle that accommodates both life and work was truly important. Keely now teaches others business strategy, workplace culture, operations management and effective communication.
